We are currently seeking to recruit a Site Safety and Quality Administrator to work on our site in Dublin
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain Health and Safety and Quality records on a busy construction site
- Keep records of incidents and maintain incident statistics
- Complete Inductions and Maintain Training, Safe Pass, Manual Handling and all training records
- Supporting our QHSE Manager with general administration duties
- Support Contracts Manager and Site Engineer with Quality Paperwork
- Assist with raising awareness of our health and safety culture
- Ordering safety supplies such as PPE and ensuring minimum stock is always available
- Ensuring all safety related administration is kept up to date
- Managing email and telephone communications
- Dealing with ad-hoc duties as they arise
Candidate profile
- A skilled administrator with at least 3 years’ experience
- Experience working in a construction environment desirable
- Good organisation skills and attention to detail
- Skilled with using the Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skills
- You will be self-motivated and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
