We are currently seeking to recruit a Site Safety and Quality Administrator to work on our site in Dublin

Responsibilities

  •          Update and maintain Health and Safety and Quality records on a busy construction site
  •          Keep records of incidents and maintain incident statistics
  •          Complete Inductions and Maintain Training, Safe Pass, Manual Handling and all training records
  •          Supporting our QHSE Manager with general administration duties
  •          Support Contracts Manager and Site Engineer with Quality Paperwork
  •          Assist with raising awareness of our health and safety culture
  •          Ordering safety supplies such as PPE and ensuring minimum stock is always available
  •          Ensuring all safety related administration is kept up to date
  •          Managing email and telephone communications
  •          Dealing with ad-hoc duties as they arise

Candidate profile

  •          A skilled administrator with at least 3 years’ experience
  •          Experience working in a construction environment desirable
  •          Good organisation skills and attention to detail
  •          Skilled with using the Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Excel
  •          Good communication skills
  •          You will be self-motivated and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
